Virimbo is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone by applying relevant accessibility standards. Our platform is designed to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We use semantic HTML throughout the platform to ensure proper document structure. All interactive elements are keyboard accessible, allowing users who cannot use a mouse to navigate the entire platform. We provide skip navigation links to allow users to jump directly to main content. All images include descriptive alternative text for screen reader users. Our colour contrast ratios meet or exceed the minimum requirements for text readability. Form fields include proper labels and error messages to guide users through interactive processes. We support browser zoom up to two hundred per cent without loss of content or functionality. Our platform is tested with popular screen readers including NVDA and VoiceOver.
