These terms of service govern your use of the Virimbo platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. Virimbo provides a platform for discovering and attending premium happenings across Europe. You must be at least eighteen years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Membership subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. All content you submit to the platform, including reviews and profile information, must be accurate and not violate any third-party rights. Virimbo reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms. Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their happening listings and for delivering the experiences they describe. Virimbo is not responsible for the quality or safety of individual happenings. We provide a platform to connect attendees with organisers. Virimbo may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Virimbo is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
